Once again the tenth amendment center has articulated facts that have long been misarticulated or outright ignored by the federal government. I love this group for its ability to raise legal issues without rancour and with-out grandstanding. We can fix this.

Why was The Red Cross not contacted regarding the payment of benefits for the Haitians. Many Americans thought that was an inclusive item when giving the milllions that have so far been donated. The federal government is tapped and we are giving as individuals for this cause.

I have written, in various posts, that teachers unions are primarily interested in teacher salaries and benefits. "That the teaching of students is secondary or less. Their salaries are now a matter of Constitutional Law in Colorado and since 2000, no less.
